THEMOIRÈ is a trademark owned by THEMOIRÈ S.r.l., with registered office in Milan, Piazzale Biancamano n. 2 (C.F. 13876220966), a subsidiary of Sustainable Platform S.r.l., with registered office in Milan, Piazzale Biancamano n. 2 (C.F. 13838270968).

THEMOIRÈ S.r.l. and Sustainable Platform S.r.l. collaborate with FiloBlu S.p.A., with registered office in Santa Maria di Sala (VE), Via Caltana n. 116/C (C.F. 04274870288) in the management of this Website and the services offered therein.

With this Policy, THEMOIRÈ S.r.l. (hereinafter, also referred to as "THEMOIRÈ"), Sustainable Platform S.r.l. (hereinafter, also referred to as "Sustainable") and FiloBlu S.p.A. (hereinafter, also referred to as "FiloBlu"), intend to inform you of the processing of the personal data of users who use the Contact form on the Website.

This processing is carried out by THEMOIRÈ, Sustainable and FiloBlu under the Joint Controller regime, on the basis of specific agreements, extracts of which can be consulted upon request at: privacy@filoblu.com.

Your personal data may be processed with the roles and according to the methods described in the following table:

In the event of extraordinary corporate transactions such as, for example, mergers, disposals or disposals of business branches, THEMOIRÈ and Sustainable may communicate your personal data to the new legal entity that acquires them as part of the transaction itself. This new legal entity could be based outside the European Economic Area. Should such a circumstance occur, you will receive appropriate communication and instructions on how to exercise your rights pursuant to art. 15 et seq. of European Regulation 679/2016.

The processing will be carried out in automated and/or manual form, with methods and tools aimed at ensuring maximum security and confidentiality.

For the pursuit of the above purposes, the performance of some services (for example, the technical management of the Website) may be entrusted to external suppliers. These subjects have been appointed for this purpose as Data Processors, in accordance with art. 28 of European Regulation 679/2016, and will process your personal data only on specific instructions from the Data Controllers.

The use of the services of the Data Processors may involve the transfer of your personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). In such a case, we assure you that all your Data accessible outside the EEA will be treated with appropriate safeguards, providing adequate safeguards for such transfers in accordance with the provisions of the legislation on the protection of personal data, and making such transfers only in the presence of an Adequacy Decision of the European Commission or in force of the Standard Contractual Clauses. Users may, at any time and free of charge, exercise all the rights referred to in Articles 15 et seq. of European Regulation 679/2016, including access, modification, integration and/or deletion of data, revocation of previously given consents, opposition to processing based on legitimate interest, limitation of processing or portability of personal data,  by writing to the following address: privacy@filoblu.com.

If you notice a violation of your rights, you can contact the Guarantor for the protection of personal data, competent pursuant to art. 77 of the GDPR; the possibility of applying directly to the judicial authority remains unaffected.
