THEMOIRÈ is a trademark owned by THEMOIRÈ S.r.l., with registered office in Milan, Piazzale Biancamano n. 2 (C.F. 13876220966), a subsidiary of Sustainable Platform S.r.l., with registered office in Milan, Piazzale Biancamano n. 2 (C.F. 13838270968).
THEMOIRÈ S.r.l. and Sustainable Platform S.r.l. collaborate with FiloBlu S.p.A., with registered office in Santa Maria di Sala (VE), Via Caltana n. 116/C (C.F. 04274870288) in the management of this Website and the services offered therein.
As described in the following information, some processing is carried out by THEMOIRÈ and Sustainable, or by THEMOIRÈ, Sustainable and FiloBlu, as Joint Controllers, on the basis of specific agreements, extracts of which can be consulted upon request at the address indicated in the "Rights of data subjects" section of this Privacy Policy.
For the purposes described below, the Data Controllers may use the services of external companies (e.g. companies that provide hosting services) that act as Data Processors, pursuant to art. 28 of the Regulation.
The use of the services of the Data Processors may involve the transfer of your personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). In such cases, we assure you that all your Data accessible outside the EEA will be treated with appropriate safeguards, providing adequate safeguards for such transfers in accordance with the provisions of the legislation on the protection of personal data, and making such transfers only in the presence of an Adequacy Decision of the European Commission or in force of the Standard Contractual Clauses. TYPE OF DATA PROCESSED
Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but which by its very nature could allow users to be identified, through processing and association with data held by third parties, carried out only upon explicit request by the judicial authority.

Contact Form
On the "Contact Us" page there is a form through which Users, after entering their personal data (i.e. name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number) can submit their requests related to THEMOIRÈ products. The same requests can be sent through the appropriate pop-up accessible by clicking on the "Help" button at the bottom right of the pages of the Website.
Newsletter
The Website has a dedicated section through which Users can subscribe to the THEMOIRÈ newsletter, after entering their e-mail address and, optionally, their name, surname and date of birth.
PURPOSE, LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING, ROLES AND STORAGE TIMES

In the event of extraordinary corporate transactions such as, for example, mergers, transfers or transfers of business branches, THEMOIRÈ and Sustainable may communicate your personal data to the new legal entity that acquires them as part of the transaction itself. This new legal entity could be based outside the European Economic Area. Should such a circumstance occur, you will receive appropriate communication and instructions on how to exercise your rights pursuant to art. 15 et seq. of European Regulation 679/2016.

However, we inform you that communications via the Internet such as e-mail or webmail may transit through different countries before being delivered to the recipients. Data Controllers cannot be held responsible for any unauthorized access or loss of personal information beyond their control.
RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECTS
At any time, Users may exercise the rights referred to in art. 15 et seq. of the Regulation, including the right to obtain from Data Controllers confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning them and to know their content and origin, verify their accuracy or request their integration, updating, or correction; they also have the right to request the deletion of their personal data, the transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to revoke the consent given and object to the processing based on a legitimate interest.

If a User notices a violation of his rights, he may contact the Supervisory Authority competent pursuant to art. 77 of the Regulation. This is without prejudice to the possibility of turning to the judicial authority.

This Privacy Policy is effective from the date indicated in its header. However, Data Controllers may make changes and/or additions, also as a consequence of any subsequent amendments and/or additions to the regulations.
